What Our Sessions Look Like
Sessions are two hours. Your assessment can be done in person or over zoom.
the first 15 minutes are a discussion about your goals
the next 30 is an assessment of capacity (movement, breath of mind)
The heart of the session is learning the ritual that bests addresses your goal and your current capacity
the last 15 minutes are spent processing thoughts and emotions about the experience and prescribing a practice plan
