A fully integrated 200-HOUR AND 300-Hour
Somavia TEACHER TRAINING
Functional Movement • Somatic Breath & Meditation
Ancient Wisdom & Modern Science
500Hr Somavia Yoga Teacher Training; An 18 month-long advanced training that deepens your practice, your purpose, and your capacity to serve.
NO PRIOR TRAINING REQUIRED
A comprehensive, embodied, 500-hour training that expands your mastery of functional movement, somatic healing, and yogic philosophy — and teaches you how to skillfully support individuals and communities through transformative one-on-one and group work.
This training integrates functional movement, somatic breath-work, meditation, energetic anatomy, Ayurveda, elemental assessment, and interdisciplinary wisdom traditions — all grounded in modern neuroscience and physiology.
It is for practitioners who want to teach, as well as those who want a profound, embodied deep dive into personal evolution, service, and spiritual leadership.
Can I take just the 200hr training?
Yes
If I already have my 200HR training, can I take JUST the 300HR Advanced training portion?
Yes
Though this is a fully integrated 500hr training from beginning to end, it is organized to meet the needs of all this that walk this path.
Teach From Embodiment. Lead From Wisdom. Serve From Presence.
This is not a standard yoga training.
This is an 18 month-long, advanced apprenticeship in:
how the body heals, adapts, and moves functionally
how somatics transforms patterned behavior, emotion, and belief
how to teach from intuition, clarity, and grounded presence
how the elements shape physical, emotional, and energetic tendencies
how to assess and support others one-on-one
how yogic philosophy becomes lived experience
how wisdom traditions and modern science illuminate one another
how you become a steady, compassionate guide for your community
Whether you plan to teach or simply want to deepen your path, this training supports you in living more skillfully, relating more authentically, and serving with integrity.

Why an Integrated 500-Hour Training?
Most teacher trainings stop at 200 hours. This one takes you all the way.
In the yoga world, most practitioners begin with a 200-hour training. Many never go beyond it. Others eventually return for a separate 300-hour advanced training—often from a different school, with a different methodology, and with little continuity between the two programs. The result is a fragmented education, gaps in understanding and a practice and teaching style that never fully integrates.
This program is different.
The Embodied Purpose 500-Hour Training is designed as a cohesive, continuous, highly integrated pathway—more like a fast-track master’s program than two courses loosely connected. This is the training if you want to receive:
One unified methodology
One somatic + functional movement foundation
One progression of philosophy, energetics, and meditation
One community, one lineage, and one extended mentorship
A consistent map for understanding the body, mind, energy, and nervous system
Instead of piecing your education together over many years, you move through a clear, structured arc of learning that builds layer by layer, month by month.
Flexible Entry Points — Without Losing Integrity
You can complete the first 200 hours and pause if needed.
With approval, you may enter directly into the advanced 300-hour portion if you already hold a 200-hour certification that aligns with this methodology.
But the true beauty of this program is experienced when you move through all 500 hours: an unbroken learning journey that deepens your personal practice, refines your teaching, and strengthens your capacity to serve individuals and communities.
This 500-hour training is perfect for you if:
you want an advanced, embodied training rooted in functional movement and somatics
you want a mentorship-driven deep dive into your practice
you’re craving lineage-based learning grounded in modern science
you want to bring yoga, movement, breath, and somatics into therapeutic or healing professions
you're a therapist, healer, coach, creative, or guide wanting expanded skills
you desire to work with individuals one-on-one with clarity and integrity
you’re seeking community, accountability, and embodied transformation
you want to live your practice, not perform it
Whether or not you ever teach, this training offers a path toward more presence, purpose, and embodied wisdom.
