  4. Are they beginner-friendly classes? All of the classes in this library are beginner-friendly. I do not teach using names of poses that someone needs to already know and everything is taught using English words or explained. 5. If I am already a regular practitioner, will I be supported? Absolutely! These practices are very complimentary to how you are already practicing and will take your understanding to the next level.

  6. Can I cancel my online yoga membership at any time? Any time, no problem. You do not have to reach out to me, you can handle it all on your own through your account.

This library was created to support folks who have already experienced my teaching or this lineage in person and are looking for ways to cultivate a personal practice or for folks who have a local studio or community. The library is about learning to move on your own, learning to trust your own ability to search.

  12. How do I create a suitable space for yoga at home? If possible, a quiet space that can keep distractions at bay for the time you are practicing is ideal. Setting the stage with something that smells good, music that supports practice, a temperature that is comfortable for your body, and lighting that will make it easy to follow along are all good ways to anchor your space for practice. Make it special so you have affection for your practice and its space.

  13. How often should I practice yoga at home? Research shows that at least three times a week is a good goal to have and supports effective change in your body, breath, and mind.

  14. Are there specific times of day that are better for home yoga practice? Yes! But without an assessment of you as an individual, it is not responsible for me to tell you when :) Just know that any time you have the time and motivation is the right time to practice!!!

  15. What if I have health concerns or injuries? As long as your doctor has released you for mild activity and you can listen to your body when it shows you its limitation you are good to go! If you have specific concerns, email me and we can address them.
